Virgil Nolt has always loved life on the road. 22 years ago, he began trucking on his own. His business expanded quickly and he added a second driver just four years later. As an owner-operator with 4 trucks of his own, he saw the need most independent truckers had for help with their businesses. In 2004, Dutch Country Brokerage was in business.
These days, Dutch Country Transport dispatches around 30 owner-operators. A team of eight full time employees in the office takes care of booking, dispatching, customer service, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
